Do you offer same-day service?
Yes — same-day call-outs are available across Hermanus, Onrus, Sandbaai, Vermont and Hawston whenever our schedule allows. Phone or WhatsApp us early for the best chance of a same-day slot.
Do you do more than DStv?
We do. As well as DStv installation and repairs we install OpenView HD (OVHD), CCTV camera systems, WiFi boosting and network cabling, and digital TV aerials — the full home-entertainment and connectivity setup for the Overberg.
Why does the coastal wind affect my signal?
The wind off Walker Bay puts constant pressure on your dish, and over time even small movement throws it out of alignment and drops the signal. We mount with marine-grade brackets and align precisely so your setup holds.
Do you fix other installers' work?
Absolutely. A large part of our repair work is correcting rushed installs — poor alignment, cheap cabling, unsealed connectors and corroded LNBs. We diagnose the fault and bring the whole setup up to standard.
