Can I reuse my old dish and decoder when I relocate?
In most moves your dish, LNB and decoder can be reused as long as they're in good condition and correctly re-aligned at the new property. If any part is weather-damaged or faulty after the move,
our repairs service can replace just that component rather than the whole setup.
Do I need a new dish alignment at my new home?
Yes — every new location needs the dish re-pointed to the correct satellite, since even a move within Hermanus changes the angle and possible obstructions. We handle the full re-alignment and signal test so your picture is stable before we leave.
How soon can you reinstall after I move?
